Refund policy
To start a return, please email us at support@wonderbasket.com. We will need the following details:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for return
3. A picture of your item, including the packaging
4. If there is an issue with your item, please provide additional details on the issue
Once the email return request is received, and we determine the return meets eligibility requirements, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping and restocking fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wonderbasket.com
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
